Service Description

Drop in Class Participation for our Cardio Kick-Boxing Cardio Kickboxing is our newly developed program designed to help you in your pursuit of fitness, flexibility, and practical self-defense training. Each 45 minute class session is full of easy-to-learn striking combinations along with dynamic full body workouts. We set the mood by providing music, lights, and a fun environment that promises to make your workout session NOT feel like a typical gym workout. You will laugh, you will smile, you will sweat, and you will probably feel the burn from the toning and strength building session. Each class is unique and each class targets different muscle groups. No equipment is needed. Boxing Gloves are provided, however, you can bring your own pair if you wish.
