Welcome to the Healthy Buffalo!

“Know When The Fight Starts”

This one-of-a-kind seminar is an all inclusive Self Defense Clinic covering management of surroundings and weapon defense/offense.

MUC (Managing Unknown Contacts): We start with gaining an understanding of violence, giving yourself permission to fight back sooner, combating adrenal responses, and paying attention to what is around you.

In this course, You will learn simple but effective movements to counter danger and help you get to safety. We work dealing with strangers friendly or not, starting with stopping the encroachment of space, and all the way to what to do on the ground if the situation calls for it. Become prepared & Know when the fight starts!

Approximately 3.5 Hour Clinic.

Lunch Break!!!

OPO (Offensive People Opener 🔪 ): In conjunction with MUC workshop, OPO dives into understanding how an every-day-carry blade can enhance your abilities to successfully protect yourself during a violent assault is an incredible skillset to have. Knives are easily obtainable, easy to carry, and require minimal skill to be effective. In this course, You will learn how to carry a blade, how to draw it during a confrontation, how to manage the blade to stop an attacker and much, much more.

Approximately 3.5 Hour Clinic.

Introduction to the Instructor

Christun Erwin- Owner of Healthy Buffalo

2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate

Currently trains in Muay Thai/Kickboxing under Coach Aaron Kimball at TCB Fight Team, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Shawn Pretat and Elle Jackson at TOSS Academy

In the past year she has had over 200 training hours in close contact firearm and knife defense/combatives.
