Icy Mike of Hard2Hurt is no stranger to the martial arts, self-defense, and training game. He is one of the most influential YouTube contributors out there on everything dealing with self-protection and fighting and has worked with some of the best coaches and trainers in the industry.

IEDS (Innovated Explosive Deceptive Striking) takes the basics of a Jab, Cross, Hook, and Low Kick and builds upon them to create opportunities of explosive big hard single shots or the utilizing of defensive outside range striking tactics.

This course is fun, educational, and promises to give your more tools to put into your technical toolbox to improve your fighting and/or self-defense skills.
