Many attackers tend to perceive women as a weaker target that can easily be manipulated and/or controlled. That is a false assumption, because many successful attacks are against unprepared and untrained individuals. FEMALESPECIFIC is just for the ladies and is a realistic defense program that will give you the skills needed for successful execution of defense tactics. We train the mind and the body to effectively de-escalate and/or physically stop a violent encounter.
